  1. Rates: Is where you can set RateWatches (a.k.a Stopp-Loss and Limit Orders) where the service will track the currencies you want to watch and notify you and/or your FX dealer when the rate is close and it’s time to buy. Click here for more about this.
  2. Payments: Is where you can make single currency deals like Spot and Forward Contracts, make drawdowns (from your existing open-forwards), disburse payments (multiple beneficiaries) and view your payment history. Click here for more about this.
  3. Orders: Is where you can build a multi-currency order for as many payments as you wish (as long as you are settling the deal with a single currency, e.g. I have USD and need to send payments in EUR, GBP and AUD etc. Click here for more about this.
  4. Beneficiaries: Manage the people and businesses you send payments to, also upload new beneficiaries and their payment details like payment types and banking info. Click here for more about this.
  5. Pending Approval: Is where payments and beneficiaries that have been added or changed by another person on your account will show for you to approve the amounts and changes they have done. This option is only seen when dual approvals are set up on the user’s account. Click here for more about this.

Quick Link Buttons: Depending on your user account security settings (set by your broker) you will see several quick link button icons under the main navigation tabs that will take you directly to specific actions and common pages of work that customers most often visit right after logging in.

Regular Payments & Template Tabs: Below the quick link buttons there are two tabs for accessing Regular Payment and your saved Payment Templates. Regular Payments are foreign payments that you can set up and save to be sent on a reoccurring schedule e.g. weekly, biweekly, monthly etc. (usually set up for things like foreign mortgage payments, school tuitions or any payment that is often for the same amount sent on a regular schedule). Setting up Regular payments is just as easy as setting up a calendar event or reminder. In this tab display, you see a description name of your Payment, the currency and beneficiary along with links to view, edit or use the payment now, which will send you to the trade screen to execute immediately when clicked. Click here for more about Regular Payments.  Payment Templates can be single or multiple sets of payment instructions set up and saved to be reused so you won’t have to re-enter all their information every time you need to send the same group of payments. E.g. very useful for corporate customers that have things like foreign payrolls and vendor invoices to pay. Under this tab, you will see the name of your template file, the currency, number of beneficiaries and links to view, edit or delete the template record. Click here for more about Payment Templates.
